Welcome to Ratliff Forestry Services.  Ronald Ratliff started his career in the timber procurement business back in 1974 after graduating from the University of Florida.  His first job was a procurement forester with Georgia-Pacific Corporation.  He worked diligently with Georgia-Pacific and perfected his skills in the timber business before opening his own real estate, timber and appraisal company in 1980 in Jasper, Florida.

If you have timber that is ready to be harvested but are unsure of the value of this timber do not sell without having Ron look at and value your timber.  Ron will come out, cruise your timber (appraise) and give you and estimate of the value he thinks it will bring when sold.

There are a number of ways you can sell your timber.  Mr. Ratliff will discuss these options with you and see which one best suits your needs. All of which helps assure the best likelihood of you receiving top dollar for your timber. He will handle the process from marking/flagging property lines, sending out invitations, overseeing cutting and assisting with replanting.
