About 30 years ago, Ronald Ratliff, the broker and owner of Ratliff and Associates started in Hamilton County as the only full-time broker.  He is now also a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and Forestry Consultant who started in the real estate profession in Hamilton County in 1977 and opened the first full time real estate office in 1980 in Jasper, Florida.  Mr. Ratliff's expertise, experience and reputation of honesty and integrity in his profession are still unmatched today.  Ron is the only active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Hamilton County at this time.
